Total lost.......................PRICELESS
I really did not get a clear sign of being full until I started on food. When I was on liquids I never got that full feeling, well I guess I did, but it was different than what I get now.
I am 5 weeks out and I think I am behind in wht I can eat. My tummy is really not easy to please at all!
Today I was able to eat 2 Dino chicken nuggets smothered with greek yogurt sauce(tzaziki?) I took the last bite of my 2nd nugget and I knew I went too far. Did not throw up but I knew I could not put another bite in.
So this is 5 weeks out!
I even got that full feeling when eating cottage cheese or ricotta cheese.. I guess we will learn over time but it takes a long time. Some days I can get things down fine and then the next day I cannot eat it. Weird.
Last week, loved peanut butter with 4 wheat thins. This week, cannot stomach it..
I have learned not to stock up on anything!
I am down over 33 pounds in 5 weeks, so I guess it is working.
Oh.. I also was never able to get down any protien drinks. So in that aspect, I was bad!
Now I struggle to eat my protien, but it is not easy. I have good days and bad days.
Good luck to you!

It's hard to figure out your full line while still on liquids. However, when you get to mushies, you'll definately know. Just like J20 said..............runny nose, hiccups........it gets me when I have 1 bite too much.
If you are thirsty, sip sip sip.....maybe have a SF popcicle. Or a snow cone with SF syrup. Yummy!
Hope this helps.
aloha,
michelle
I am a week ahead of you adn a food scale is my saving grace. I try to measure everything. I was not on liquids for more than a couple of days, different Dr, different plan. I now have a decent idea how much 2ounces is and when I go over I get kicked in the gut by "lil T", my new stomach. The scales was under 10 at WalMart
