I give up...confessions of a former fat girl...
Ms Shell, you ARE human after all!!!
We do all have our moments ( and days, weekends, weeks...) Key is to recognize and move on. Thank goodness you had to go to work today or you might STILL be there?
You don't need any advice from me. You are the all knowing advice giver. Yep, I relate. Still love those stinkin' carbs!!!

Miss Shell, I have a very very fond spot for you in my heart. Partly because of your incredib mock mac n cheese that has become like my favorite thing in the world. But mostly because of your lovely personality and sense of fun.
So I hope you don't think that I'm being a buttinski or something like that, but do you think you might be depressed? Have you done this in the past, where you didn't get out of bed much for a whole weekend? When I was a working mother, I was exhausted and once I got in bed and didn't wake up for 15 hours!!!!! I was so sore and uncomfortable from that, that it actually changed my practice as a bedside nurse. In the olden days if I came in to move and turn a patient and the family asked me not to, because the patient really loved sleeping on her side or whatever, I'd say "okay" and move on. But having laid in bed for 15 hours, I became aware of what it really does to your body!!!
I've spent some wasted weekends. LOL the WEEKEND was wasted, not me!!! So I totally understand that sometimes it really feels good not to be a really productive member of society. But if you look back on your weekend and you don't feel good about it, maybe you could talk with a doctor about how you're feeling? Just a friendly suggestion - I hope you don't take offense to my mentioning it.

Awww Dennie you know I LOVE you right back =) Honestly right now I believe I'm going through a "nesting" period. I literally have been having weekends full of fun and doing everything under the sun that I have ever wanted to do since I was like 15 years old. That's 19 YEARS of fun times.
I feel for my heavy brothers and sisters who didn't get all the enjoyment that I have had in my life because they let their weight stop them from living...NOW that I'm smaller sometimes I think shouldn't I be out...and then I realize there isn't much out there that I didn't do, so for NOW I think **** I need to REST, lol.
