3 months post-op and 68 pounds gone forever! Yippeeee!
I"m three months out and feeling great! So far I've lost 68 pounds and I'm on my way to my goal!
I could've lost more by now but at first I was sabotaging myself. I slowed down my weightloss for fear of having too much extra skin and I couldn't take all of the compliments and comments from my co-workers. So many people kept asking me what I was doing to lose weight and I didn't want to tell them that I had surgery.
I had to finally get past that and focus on the goal at hand. Getting healthy! I started working out with a weight trainer and can see the muscles and definition coming! I can't wait until the summer when I can show off all of my hard work! Lol!
I'm using my tool and I thank God for it!

No worries, I had a few stalls but I kept pushing myself. My trainer made me keep a weight loss journal, I had to right down everything. My cardio and weight training info and everything that I ate and/or drank. She looked at it weekly and was able to tell me what I needed to do so I wouldn't stall.
Good luck on your journey!
