Spring salad recipe!

Made my Mom's edamame salad last night with a couple changes and it turned out delicious! Thought I'd share!

1 bag edamame cooked according to directions and cooled
1/2 bag lentils (the pre-cooked ones) from Trader Joe's.
1/2 cucumber, diced
1 tbsp. Fresh snipped cilantro (or two frozen cubes from TJ's)
Garlic Expressions or Lite Italian Salad dressing

Put first five ingredients in a bowl and toss. Add salad dressing to taste and toss again. refrigerate and toss again before serving. YUM!
