Whatcha Eating Today VSG'ers? Tuesday

B: 1/3 cup shredded chicken w. some veggies (I don't like breakfast food very much!)
S: none
L: 1/3 cup chicken salad
S: choc. about time protein shake w. almond milk
D: more chicken and veggies? or maybe pork tenderloin?
water and vites: doing well
exercise: lots of walking
attitude: horrid. icky work and scale shows a gain. ugh.

D: not sure yet but trying to weigh out calories and carbs to offset that darn cornbread!

Trying to be really diligent (but I always am...grr!) this week and hoping that the scale gods will reward me with "175" on the scale by Friday...my birthday. Not sure if the scale gods celebrate birthdays, but I would be very appreciative if they do! HA!
