Up a pound now another.... WHAT TO DO???

I know i know... its in my view as I type... Im telling my hubby to lock it up!!!!  or hide it!  ughh... im leaving him a note.. to move it before i come down in the morning that way i dont know where it is at!!

I am following my program and I KNOW I'm not truly gaining weight.  I weigh myself every day and if I weigh less than the day before, that's my new weight.  If I weigh more, I just wait until the next next time my weight is less.  I take whatever's lowest and stick with it!

 I had my sleeve a few days before you. I also step on the scale every day and I'm keeping a spreadsheet with graph. I have up days (sometimes more than one) and then down days. Overall, it's trending down and I look at the up days as "blips". I figure eventually I'll get used to seeing the blips and not feel so bad about it.

I guess this is more of the reason i do it daily... I too created a chart that list weight and measurements!!!!   booo   blips... im just killing my scale i think!

I am a scale junkie right along with you - but I rally use it to hold myself accountable. And I go up a pound or two all the time. I only "worry" about the weekly number.

Ughhh... im just worried about the drs office number...!!!!   booo  :(  I dont want it to be high.... looking at my intake and i guess back to the basics... im following so i know i didnt gain FAT...

*NSV... just got off work at midnight... one of the girls that i just saw last week saw.. you getting so small.... your gonna be thinner than the gate wire.. AWWWWW youd have to know where i work in the area but total compliment!!!   that made me feel like at least maybe the inches are showing a change...
