I hear you on this one... Sometimes that would work for me! Not this time though! DANG IT!!

Guess sometimes our bodies just do these things to us and there really is nothing we can do... no sense in losing sleep or anything over it.!

VSG on 05/04/09 with
Heeey - Pirates say ARRRRR not ARRRRGG!!

Unless they are frustrated, which you obviously are.

Keep making good decisions, your body is only trying to do what it needs to do, be sweet and give it a break.  It doesnt think things about you, positive or negative, and you ought to grace it with the same!

You need to have a list of things to speak to yourself when you feel like this, freaking out is wasting your good time and your good energy, my love!!

When YOU are doing all you can to help your body out, its going to follow suit, but its never harmful to go back and make sure that extranious non nutritionals are cut out, and that you are properly hydrating and making good/better/best decisions.

Sometimes a body just needs a minute to get adjusted!

And your body is saying..

JIM - I'M NOT A MACHEEEN!!!

Cuz your body likes the old StarTrek.  I dont know if you knew that.  :}

Muwah beebs!

They do!!! I must be loosing it!! Well I am a frustrated one then! lol

Yeah I did waste my time on this post.... THREE FLIPPIN' TIMES!!!!!

So, far in this process my body has been pretty good to me... even when I have not be good to it and I still lost. I guess right it must be on an extended R&R break!!!

I didn't know my body likes the old Star Trek.... maybe I should get some episodes and see if that makes a difference! lol

But I keep fighting the good fight and I am slowly winning.  We will get there I know it!!  It may take me awhile, but I will get there!

You will start losing again!

My last big stall was at 6 months out and lasted almost a month. It was soooooooo frustrating. But once the stall broke, I lost like 11 lbs in 10 days or something crazy like that. It's just your body retaining fluid, but I promise you are losing fat if you are eating in a caloric deficit.

I totally understand, I had this stall about a month ago and I think it lasted 1.5 months before the scale started moving.  I too was losing inches because my pants were getting bigger.  At least you are taking measurements because I didn't and it drove me nuts not knowing if I was still losing.  Good Luck and have Patience.  I think I read Mikey Mike earlier said he has 3 "P": Patience, Preserverance and ....one more....look back at his post because he is right, this is what you need during stalls.  good luck.
