feeling excited... with the NUT changes..
So... some reason... i was craving CARBS... per my nut and dr...
Dont count carbs up the calories and MAKE SURE FAT GRAMS ARE AT 30 for the day and EAT ANYTHING... MAKE SURE ITS IN THE GUIDELINES with the numbers... I have... ive lost 2lbs!!!!! HOLY MOLY!!!!!! SLOW ... but surely coming off... they wanted 4lbs down i just saw him MONDAY i see him in 3 months... he wants 4lbs a month for me.... Im thinking i can do that...
waiting to see 220lbs... ONLY because that was pre baby weight for me... awwww how i hope the day is around the corner... just sharing... !!!

this is so funny... they told me to up the calories... i did... to break out of the stall... and they told me to enjoy anything (in moderation) make sure its the LAST thing i eat.. only if im not yet satisfied....

Well I'm just 2 weeks out so am still learning my stomachs rules. And believe me my stomach does RULE! I have lost close to 40 lbs but that includes my pre op diet loss. I still wear the same size clothes and when I measure I have not lost any from my waist but a few inches all around everywhere else. I have lost weight in my face and can see that but I am still waiting for my butt to deflate a bit... I am being patient however and just keeping my fingers crossed that I will look great at my granddaughters wedding on June 25th. I don't want to be the "fat one" in the picture. LOL! I think you are doing absolutely great and I am watching your progress closely. I am so excited for you. I wish I had done this when I was your age and my muscles were still firm..LOL!
What else did your nut say? I'm curious because I've hit a stage where I'm really craving the carbs but I'm also close to my goal and have not seen a weight loss in almost a month. Also, is 220 your ultimate goal or are you going lower? I only ask because your ticker has that at your ending weight. Just curious. Good for you for being so successful and keep up the good work.
220lbs... SHORT TERM FIRST START GOAL... <------- ONLY because that was my lowest PRE baby weight since high school!!!!!!
2nd... NUT SAID to break out of STALLS.... i had to INCREASE CAlorie intake.. or your body is in STARVATION MODE and if your working out at low calories your not leaving very much left for ENERGY that YOU NEED!!!!
so i was upp'd calorie intake...
CALORIES 1000-1200
PROTEIN 60-70grams
FAT 30grams
Dont worry about the carbs... have sweets cookies anything... BUT it has to fall within the numbers above!!!! Dont neglect she said... your living now.. just eating in moderation... RULES...
Protein first, veggies... carbs... then if you can fit in and your craving ADD your sweet tooth.. but dont go over the FAT GRAMS!!!!!
the hardest thing for me... is reaching the CALORIE INTAKE>... keeping it low on the fat grams easy if you go with LEAN MEATS... and add SOLID protein along with SNACKS to raise the energy, protein and calories!!!!
