I will be 3 weeks out on Monday and I've been trying to drink Crystal Light and other SF drinks to get all my fluids in but I just hate the after taste of the artificial sweeteners and I've never been a water drinker.  Can anyone give me suggestions of fluids to drink?  I'm about at my wits end.  My husband thanks you in advance.

Have you tried Sobe Life water zero? What about hot flavored teas? I like to drink Sleepy time tea. Bouillon is always an option as well. Do you like V-8, you can thin it out some and try it. Good luck! I hope you find something that works for you.

lately ive been tired of drinking the same thing which is diet iced tea.  I also found out that the tannins in tea reduce your absorption of iron and Ive been really tired lately so trying to lay off the iced tea.  My subsitute right now is lemon in water with stevia which is supposed to be a natural sweetener.  hope this helps

I drink Crystal Lite, but I drink it diluted. I end up making a glass at a time and sprinkling in some of the powder. I can't stand it full strength - too sweet and too much aftertaste. I found I like it diluted about 50%. Before you give up on it, you might want to try it...

I have liked the Skinny Waters at Target. Also, as much as it is taboo "my drink" is diet sweet tea with lemon....from the beginning it was the only thing that could 'sit ' on my tummy. It may not be the right thing for you. I NEVER liked the SoBe drinks because the after taste is the pits...and I have never been picky like that...that's what made me fat :) I like the zero drinks at walgreens...walgreens  brand. I also like POWERADE ZERO...orange is my fave and also grape. I do like the Crystal lite orange flavor.
Sure hope that helps you some. It is tough enough. You just have to drink what works to make sure you don't dehydrate.

You can try propel flavored water. When I was a few weeks out I would drink powerade zero or gatorade g2.

I LOVE the propel zero water! But I also would squeeze a lemon or orange into water with a little splenda - that has and still does get me by!

The SF Hawaiian Punch packets are pretty good. Not as much aftertaste as Crystal Light.
