Have some issues getting my 64 oz down but its getting better my stomach is swollen found this out after the doctor gave me steroids to shrink it and was able to drink much more gets better day by day still unable to stand anything bu****er a powerade zero though I tried a shake that the doctor recommended i was sick at my stomach for 12 hours . so since i started total of 75 pounds . dreaming of food now lol I was not a big eater most of my issue was with the 2 2liters i drank a day
and I havent touch any since October of 2010. got to say i wasnt ready for the wake up call of not eating nothing for 2 weeks still waiting for depression to set in but it hasnt yet .

I was the same way...survived on Powerade Zero!!! Then, all of a sudden, I wanted real water and never went back. I also like Crystal light as a treat. I really miss the sweet tea from McD's, so I'm going to buy some caffeine free tee this weekend and use splenda to make my own!!! Don't worry, the fluids will get better. I was doing great until they had me start eating some "mushy" foods. Since you can't drink before and after you eat, and it was taking me forever to eat my food, I felt there was never time to drink!! Well, now that's all gotten better, as well. Give it time, it will get better!!
