I like the pure protein bars...loaded with protein. I don't have them everyday but when I need protein and am hungry they work for me.

Hi...Yeah whats with that sugar alcohol?  And what are net carbs...the boxes list the total carbs but then they tell you to subtract this or that to get the net carbs...Confused!

I just got a sample of About Time 100% NaturalSuppliments that consisted of 2 packets of protein shakes and 2 tiny samples of meal replacement bars. The meal replacement bars were pretty good, tasted like a cookie (one was oatmeal and the other was peanut butter and ok but I'm not a peanut butter fan) While it didn't give the protein and carbs of the bars the protein shake mix was 0 carbs and 103 calories and 25 g protein.  While I didn't care for the "Birthday Cake" flavor I haven't tried the Peaches and Cream yet.  If the meal replacement bars are as low in the carbs and calories as the shakes it would be worth it.  If you decide you want to order them let me know because they gave me a % off code to enter when ordering and I think it was 20% off.

I haven't found very many to be low in carbs. I use the Atkins bars. Not bad on carbs - 18-19 total, 9-11 g fiber. With the sugar alcohol, it may cause some gas, just beware!

These aren't super low carb (although some flavors have more carbs than others) but I just had the caramel crunch for the first time yesterday and OMG I think I am in LOVE with these bars. They are pretty tiny, and only 15 grams of protein, but they are delish!

Pure Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter has the following:
1.76 oz size (50 grams)
calories 200
total fat 6 grams
sodium 200 mg
potassium 140 mg
carbohydrates 16 grams
    dietary fiber 1 gram
    sugar 2 grams
    sugar alcohol 6 grams
protein 20 grams

hope this helps;
I know this is the only protein bar that is recommended by trainers where a friend works out.

There also used to be a Snickers protein bar that was low carb that was wonderful, but haven't been able to find it anywhere in a while.
