One-Derland at last! Onederland Today

Today is the day I dont see a number 2 when I weigh myself. I see a "1"   I feel soOOooOooo excited! I am truly grateful for this opportunity. The Sleeve has saved my life. However, This is a surgery that does require discipline. I am learning new behaviors and I am falling in love with myself.

I am so happy and motivated right now.   I am 199.7.   yes I could go up and down but going to work on staying in Onederland.

Staying hydrated gets rid of the head hunger I noticed. I just learned this today reviewing my last two weeks of water intake which has been on the lower side. I now am totally on top of my water. I guess I had to go through this to learn this.. So all is welcomed.

ONEDERLAND WOW... I am so proud of myself.   Thank you Jesus!

I soOOooOoo love my journey. Oh and I started to ride my Bike. I love it...really I do.
I also really like to walk. I never ever thought I would say this about either one.

I know life is just going to get better and better. esteem, self confidence and self love.
