Bill from hospital?....

Thank God my insurance paid for everything...It said $33,000 and I wasnt even there but for 1 nite.

Dont know if that included the Drs.charges...But isnt that crazy!!!!

Damn that's a lot.  I was a self pay and mine came out to 13,500 on the dot.

Leave it to Jersey!!!

It probably didn't cover doctor fees.  A lot of people have gotten bills over 100,000.  Although insurance companies only pay a portion of it that is crazy high.

I went to the ER for a broken toe as I was in so much pain and my doc wouldn't see me because it was considered a trauma incident.  The hospital bill was close to 2000 and I was there for less than 2 hours.

My hospital alone was $95k, still waiting on the final bill to see how much insurance picked up.

I ended up paying about 10k out of pocket for everything.... My hmo only covers 50%.

hey mine was 150,000 for one nite. insurance got an 89% discount and covered all. where do they get these numbers. one night there and didn't need much assistance at all. $4100 per hour. insane. diane

got my bill and it was for 16k insurance covered and hospital accepted 12k and I only paid $250.00 thank goodness for insurance.
