Sometimes a half a pound is exciting, heck....sometimes a tenth of a pound is thrilling too !  But for some reason, THIS pound really excited  me this morning !!!

I AM OUT OF THE 230's !!!!

I do not know when I last weighed under 230.  I know that after I had my daughter (18 years ago) I was 232.  -- I barfed all pregnancy, and weighed less after I had her than I did when I got pregnant !

I'M LOSING 20 YEAR OLD FAT !!!! Is that amazing or what ????!!!!

Seriously, I love this forum because you know how people are feeling!  I am down to 210 this morning, I cannot even STAND how thrilled I am.  I'm closer to the 100's than I have been in 12 years.  I am going to flip when I get to 199. For me, I have worked my ass off for the last 6 years TRYING to get some weight off, never did better than 220, and that was last year.  Gained it ALL back in 6 months.  20 pounds might as well have been 200 for all the heartbreak and frustration and anger and self-flagellation.  For the first time, I know it's going to happen.  I am tearing up just thinking about it.  I feel blessed every day. Even thought I am just getting started, I feel more than just pounds of weight coming off.
