Headaches and stiffness

Hello vsg family.. Anyone out there experience headaches and neck stiffness? I have a a headache and neck stiffness almost non stop since coming home. I'm doing my best to get my fluids in. Better every day. My soreness from surgery is almost all gone. Great mobility.. Just wondering what is going on with my poor head! Any ideas?

I had really bad neck/back/head on the left side pain.  I remember being in the OR and they were positioning me and it was in a really awkward position so i attributed that for my pain.  It went away about a week and a half post op.  Hope you feel better soon and congrats on your surgery.  :o) Jeani

I'm having intermittent headaches, I think from low-calories.. When I crash dieted previously I'd get the same. 

Headaches are common signs of dehydration and hunger, so watch for both.  I learned that the more I drank, the fewer headaches I had.  Don't be afraid to take a pain pill or two when you need it.  But really try to get enough hydration; I know it's difficult sometimes, but do your best.  You will get past it.

Can also be carb withdrawal if you've cut out carbs.

I have been having headaches and Neck/shoulder stiffness on my left side as well. I feel better knowing it is not just me. Hopefully it goes away in the next couple of days as Sleeve Genie suggested. I have my one week post-op on Monday, so I was planning on asking my surgeon about it then.
