1 Year - 105 lbs & 54 inches - Pics
Today is my one year surgiversary! How time flies when you're on a wild ride. I would have never imagined that I would feel this wonderful after a year. This was the best thing I have ever done for myself and would selfpay again in a second. It's defiantly not the easy way out, but it's not the hardest thing I've ever done either. It's a life style change that I was all too happy to make. My favorite NSV along the way has been the fact that when I started working out, the towel at the gym wouldn't even fit around me and now it overlaps by at least 6 inches. This makes me feel good every time. My best advice is to keep following your program. Stay the course thru stalls, TOM, stress, etc. It's frustrating, but it works. Now the numbers:
4/20/10 4/20/11 Difference
Weight 245 140 105
Waist 46 29 17
Hips 50 36 14
Thigh 29 21 8
Chest 41 32 9
Arms 16 11.5 4.5
Neck 14 12.5 1.5

I love paying it forward, so I started the KC area support group (meeting this Saturday) and I try to learn something new everyday. If you have any questions, I will try my best to answer. If you are on the fence about having surgery, just do it!!!!
