Hi aaiwf!!
Just wanted to let you know those 80 pounds include the 30 I lost prior to surgery. I took my beginning weight from the day I started the program. I've lost 50 since my surgery. I wanted to make sure I wasn't misleading anyone, I just feel like I worked my butt off for those pounds and they should count too!!
