I hate stalling! But the scale moved downward again, today!! Just had to post it and maybe have an extra scoop of protein ice cream to celebrate!!

I make chocolat, coffee, mocha, vanilla, peach, strawberry... So far!

Basically it's a cup of milk, a shot of Torani sf syrup and two scoops of protein powder blended! Throw it in an ice cream freezer and your protein shake becomes ICE CREAM!

I found mine at World Market, but have noticed that Wal-Mart is carrying the smaller size ones around the ice cream aisle.

I ordered mine from lollicup.com...

They were under $5 each and they had ALL the options!

I even splurged on the stand and pumps... it's like a Starbucks in my kitchen! :) LOL
