6 Months Post Op! - 107lbs!! Pics!
My AH HA moment consisted of 1/2 a chocolate cupcake.. with stupid yummy and appealing pink frosting!!! It was then I realized that I had been eating a lot of food I shouldn't be more often than I should.. and not sticking to good source of lean protein!
I started back on my basic teachings of eating... and then in the past month or so I cut my portion size down. I was eating until I felt FULL not SATISFIED... once I started cutting down my portions i learned what satisfied is and that I'm ok w/ not become overly full!
I track everything I eat/drink on livestrong.com. It's nice because almost any food you can think of is on there and it give you a break down of your calories, fats, carbs, protein, sodium, etc.
