Eh, it's not a race anyway- you still lost (in a good way!!) Lo-carbing doesn't always make it melt right off for everyone- I'm losing slowly even staying on plan, but it's cool- I'm still losing inches and lbs, and I lost a bit pre-op, so that effects things too.. it does seem to help with the cravings, and does seem to help most lose steadier and a little faster. You are doing great, just keep on keeping on- you are in this for life, so no giving up on yourself, just one day at a time- just like all the rest of us! (hugs)

Let's make a better choice from McD's if you have to go there.....maybe something with egg....the biscuit as you can see has a lot of carbs. Better to spread the carbs across the whole day.

Way to go! Can't wait to hear how the rest of the week goes !

I agree it wasnt the best choice... but i was also gonna wait for a goo start till monday and since i had all ready had it and entered it into Fatsecret.com... I made it account... It definately made me watch myself for the rest of the day... and made me think about doing it again... wrong choice...   But i corrected myself for the rest of the day and didnt go passed my limit... so... i still stayed on track... tweak to Sundays breakfast... MADE... !!!!!    I ate an egg with spinach today... YUM>>> never thought id say that..!!!  

I know your watching... ill let you know what happens... off to work!!!

Just so I'm clear about what you did..... You increased calories a bit and lost? I've heard that works.

NOPE... the nutritionisht suggested..1200 calories and no more than 30 grams of FAT A DAY... that was NOT working for me i stalled for 15 days so we tweaked it...


600-800 calories a day... concentrate on LOW CARBS no more than 40 grams of Carbs..

OK, that makes more sense. And I, too, agree about the danger of too many carbs. I watch my carb intake like crazy since surgery. And after reading about carbs here on OH.
