NEW MEMBER!!

Hello All!!! 

I am a new member here, and I'm so happy that they have forums like this that can help people like me! I'm having the VERTICAL GASTRIC SLEEVE surgery, and my date has been set for JUNE 6, 2011!!! I'm estactic! This weight journey has been a life long process for me, and now I finally feel as if I'm doing something about it!! 

I have a BLOG as well as some YOUTUBE videos that I'd be happy to share the URL with if you're interested in reading, etc.


I'm 28 years young, single, no children, and I'm ready to STEP INTO A NEW LIFE!!!!

I'm an open book.......feel free to answer or ask any questions!!!

Yes, this forum is the absolute best place to get help and advice and even a shoulder to cry on.  For once "everyone has an opinion" is the best thing going.  I've been siging on to see what peoplea are talking about every other day or so (my surgery is next week) - lots of good advice and support. 

 Thanks to you all! I've already gained a wealth of information in such a short period!!! I'm already becoming more and more excited about my upcoming surgery date, and I'm glad that there are so many knowledgeable people on this site !!
