Every once in a while. Usually it's chicken breast for me. I have to remember to add something wet to it. And if I don't. GRRRRRRR. Not often, not consistantly; but enough to **** me off !

My full signal was a single, solitary hiccup. I measured my portions, and some times I hiccuped before finishing that portion, some times I didn't so I never relied on that little hiccup to tell me to stop eating. It really ended up being related to the consistency of the food, the time I took to eat, if I got the full signal or not. Some also report a runny nose, or a sniffle as their full signal, or a slight twinge of discomfort in their arm.

It happens to me with chicken - that's why I am done with chicken! 4 times!!!

I find this happens more with some food than with others. Salmon has caught me off guard a few times and caused me to foam. Tender beef has been better for me as I can tell immediately when I am nearing the full point.

I'm almost 2 years post-op and still have the occassional foaming episode, you are not alone.

Try measuring out your food and don't go "looking" for the full signal.  I'm almost 4 years out and often forget and feel miserable to barfing...

It happens to me too. I'm bad about measuring, but I can tell how much I'll eat if it's something I eat regularly. When I eat something "new," I'm more likely to eat 1-2 bites too many.

I have been grazing in the evenings recently and not measuring my portions.  I've thrown up 3x this past month!!  I didn't feel full until it was too late.  No weight gain, but you'd think I'd learn being 13 months out!
