Is this normal

I was sleeved 5/23/11 I lost 4 lbs pre op 9 lbs the first week and now I have not lost one lb.  It has  been five days??? Just seems strange

It takes a while for your body to adjust after surgery.  Water weight will fluctuate a bit.  No need to worry!

Completely normal. It's common to even gain weight from all of the fluids they give you in the hospital. Expect a big drop in a week or two, and then maybe a 2-3 week long stall once you hit week 3 or 4. It can be frustrating but the scale will eventually move. Make sure to also take your body measurements as that will show a loss even if the scale doesn't. I am also a fan of only weighing once or twice a week, and not every day, but I know not everyone does that.
