The scale moved.
I have been stalled for ever over a month my scale would read 180 to 183 it killed me but to day I am 178.8. I stoped going to the gym I was only riding my bike 7 to 10 miles a night. I went back to the gym 3 days ago and now the scale is moveing again.
I guess my body has to be working out 2 times a day. I am all most 11 months out I do not understand why some people have to work out so much and others say they never did or they only walked a mile a day and the weight just fell off lol.
I have to watch ever thing that goes in my mouth chart food and exercise like a nut to keep loosing weight. this is the best choice i ever made for my self having my sleeve is great. In january I pray I am able to have my tummy tuck. If I weight 145 so off to the gym I go again have great day all.
How many calories are you eating? Odd as it may be you may need to eat more to keep the scale moving, especially if you are working out twice a day.

I eat 1300 a day or some times more because my doctor finally got it threw my head I work out so much i need more food. By the time I enter in all my food which most of the time it comes to 1300 before exercise.
after my exercise i only hold on to 500 or 600 calories a day. It is very hard to eat so much food I eat when i am not even hungry I have to do this so i keep my calories up now.
