Hi all,
Hope you all are having a wonderful weekend and welcome the new sleevers, hope all is well.
My next goal is getting in the 80's I am almost there. 193.6. Maybe next Sat. I weight my self on Sat. I am not trying to rush, just excited.

You're doing so well! You'll have to let us know next Saturday!! Sometimes I think I should weigh weekly so it would be more exciting! I'm going to be gone for ten days and have no access to a scale, so perhaps I'll get to feel the thrill of a big loss when I return! Are you just amazed every Saturday when you step on the scale?

Hi Spicey,
Yes it is exciting, but sometimes I am a stall. Didn't lose last week but this past week almost 6 lbs. So you never know, but it so nice not to get upset at myself, because I am doing my best and with my tool I know it is coming off, like with dieting, I always got upset and then I would eat. I thank God for my tool, the sleeve. I wish my OH would change, I think it takes awhile sometimes.
