One day I will be there but still have 30 lbs to loose. cant wait to get in the maintenance group.

My surgeon gave me the tool. Now it is up to me to use it right.

Hi, you don't have to be at goal to join the group. Lots are not at goal yet. But there is a lot of good information for people who are more than a few months out from surgery. Feel free to join now. all are welcome regardless of stage in the process or type of surgery. Diane
