Congrats !!!

Well, you have the right doctor that did a proper VSG !!!

I to woke up to find out I had a Hiatel Hernia repair.

Your probably resting up in 5 North at CPMC with a nice morphine pump!

Just take it easy and "Follow his plan to a Tee" all the way to goal. Your in one of the strongest programs available.....take advantage of it.

Go to all your follow up appointments and go to his support groups......Get as much face time with him as you can. He will keep you accountable. If your gonna come up with lame excuses like....it's to far to drive....or I can't get time off of work......Guess what, if you serious....you can drive and you can get time off work. Don't let anyone or anything get in your way !!!!

Save your questions for Dr.C and work with Alisha the nutritionist. You don't have to rely on OH for .....Should I do this or should I do that kind of questions. You have the source available to you....use it!

OH is great and it keeps you connected to the process......but don't believe much of what is said on this board. More and more newbies showing up with rookie surgeons putting out some very Wonky information.

Follow Dr.C's plan like it's the law and in 6 months.....you will be VERY HAPPY !!!
