You look AWESOME. Keep up the great work. I have to say, the new 'do really suits you-I'm really digging the darker color and flattering cut. (Can you tell I'm a hair geek? LOL I always notice hair changes on people-usually before I notice weightloss. Sad, isn't it?) Anyway, with the weight and hair changes, you look at least 10 years younger. Congratulations!

Thank you all so much for all your kind words and inspiration, I really appreciate it so much! I am sorry that I can't respond individually - I am having the worst time accessing this site lately! It is incredibly slow, and most times, my posts time out. I have read them all, though, and can't tell you how much motivation I draw from reading of people's success here, and I feel like a million bucks with every supportive comment from each of you! The site access problems are just driving me nuts. :( My employer has really tightened up their internet filters, I think that's causing the problem.

Regarding my haircut, thanks so much! I got it cut in January, and I sure like it. I just told my new stylist that I was concerned about potentially losing hair w/ WLS and I wanted a style that would minimize the thinning look. It's got lots of choppy layers to it, and has done a good job hiding the hair thinning. I had it cut right after surgery, because I didn't want to wait until it was thinned, when I was sure I wouldn't like anything, haha. He did such a great job! It is low maintenance and I get lots of nice compliments.
