First I wanted to thank everyone for their kind words and prayers.  It truly is amazing how you can feel it.
I made a decision today where I would have my colorectal surgery.  There are 2 big hospitals about an hour in each direction.  I was having my VSG surgery in another state 3 hours away in a small hospital.  I decided to have my colorectal surgery there in the small hospital where they have excellent doctors and I feel, because it is also a bariatric hospital, I have a better chance of having it laprascopic because they work on "fluffier" patients everyday.  I have been fortunate up to this point to not have had any procedures or surgeries thus far (i am 46), heck yesterday was my first IV!  I went to summer camp across the lake from this hospital and the college I went to was just down the road.  It is in the middle of the Adirondack Mountains and is very serene.  I really feel at peace with my first big decision in this journey.  Thank you for listening.
