X Post: Awesome Black Bean Dip -- What can I dip in it???

So, I have made this wonderful dip and realize it needs to be a subject of moderation due to the high carb count (20 g per 1/4 cup).  There is no way it could be something I can have by the spoon full...although I would love to.  It's not gonna work with carrot sticks.  Any other low carb suggestions for a dipper item?

Cheese crisps? Make "chips" out of parmesan cheese in the microwave on parchment paper. Pure protein! Dip away!

Wow, cheese crisps sound great!  Please tell me exactly how to make them.  I don't want to mess them up!

They're impossible to screw up. Super easy. Take shredded parmesan cheese and place little circles of it on parchment paper (cut to fit microwave). Pat them flat. Microwave for about 2 minutes. Remove and cool for a minute. They should be crispy and delicious! If they're chewy, pop' em back in for 30 seconds. Don't freak out if the cheese turns brown. Some kinds do. I sprinkle mine with garlic powder before nuking. You can use other cheeses, but parmesan really works best! Enjoy!!
