GOAL REACHED BUT!

i reached my original goal, but i'm lowering it again. i lowered it to 180  that might be to low but i put it there anyways. i'm working on muscle training more now so my weight might come off slower now, i have a tummy tuck coming up in 3 .5 months so i figured theres probably 5 lbs there. how do you really know what your goal weight is?

Have a word with your doctor.... he/she can give you insight on BMI, weight, measurements in tune with your bone structure, heredity and age factored in.    I haven't found a good "one size fits all" answer to that, nor do I believe there is such a thing.
One person's goal of 180 is another's obesity limit, is another's sickly underweight..... you get my drift. 

Bottom line, where are you feeling good and physically healthy?  That's the place to be.   So glad you're close, if not actually there!!  Hope to join you in the not too near future.

There is no magic formula for goal weight.  When you feel great, have good medical stats and feel like every day is the best day that you have ever had, then you are probably at your goal weight.  ENJOY!
