Sleep issues

Did any of you have sleep issues in the beginning?  There are days that I feel so tired and I go to bed at a reasonable time every night, but at 230 on the dot I am wide awake... I don't get woken up by anything like having to go to the bathroom, my hubby moving, or my son, I just wake up.  I found last night though that I actually slept most of the night and I think it was because I had had  the most protein I have had since I was on liquids only.  Has anyone else experienced in?

A lot of people complain of insomnia after surgery. Why? I don't know. But I know I have that problem. My problem, however, is that I can't FALL asleep. Once I get to sleep, I sleep ok. But I will go to bed at say, 10:00, and not fall asleep until 2:00am!!

Sorry I can't help, but I hope it goes away soon- for the both of us!
