can I ask what Ponzu is? I haven't heard of it. It all looks delicious though, you are a great photographer, and cook as well it looks like!

Ponzu is Japanese....It's basically soy sauce with a citrus.... lemon or lime.

The brand I get is Kikkoman. It's a mainstream grocery store item next to the soy sauce.

Great on spinach among other things....I like it on meat or fish also.

I had a calamari salad at a restaurant with a ponzu dressing I'd like to re-create.
