Yah, It's always hard to show scale in a photo without putting a ruler in the pic....

Most sleevers could eat both of them.....or three from what I read....they each have about 1.25oz. (weight) of ground beef.

After this photo..... I added more cheese and tomatoes and ate one.

I'm an under eater......I eat 4-6 times a day.....snack, meal.....same thing....

I've done this from the beginning to preserve restriction for long term. I'm almost 2 years out and have been eating the same quantity since about 4-6 months. In maintenance I tend to eat higher calorie, higher fat foods......full fat mayo and such and a few more carbs.

For me this has been surgeon approved....he does not recommend this for all patients because it could lead to grazing for some people.

Tacos made like this are my go to meal a few days a week....I try to eat two just to increase my protein...make the meat with 97/3 ground beef....squeeze it between some paper towels because grease is just disgusting....then add a lil water to make it wet again...then some low fat cheese....great source of protein...tastes amazing....usually I can get two in...may take an hour but their soooo good....my presentation isn't as lovely as yours though....simply delicioso

I made taco night last week, as well. Yours looked prettier though.

Mine had:
ground beef for the fiance, meatless crumbles for me. Both were sauteed with onion, garlic, chili pepper, taco seasoning and taco sauce for moisture. Then, I chopped black olives, shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese, made refried beans with some added cheese in there too, sour cream, sliced avocado, and I shredded romaine lettuce. I usually do diced tomato but didn't have any in the house.

My fiance ate his in shells. I ate mine as a deconstructed type of taco salad and had about 1/2 cup of the whole mixture before I was done. YUM!
