looks and sounds ok..except some people can eat all that a few weeks out and many of us cannot.

what your doctor recommends 3-8 weeks out i probably cant eat volume wise still being 8 months out. thats a sh*tload of food..just sayin

as frisco mentioned, you will try and eat just enough to satisfy you, not enough to stuff you until you are sick and have to vomit..you will feel it out when you get there

dont freak about the bougie size..small is good but fyi i have a 38 and often read that i eat a lot less than some of the 32 and 34'ers..its all a very personal thing..

I second listening to Frisco and the under eating your sleeve. It's worked swimmingly for me thus far. I can comfortably fit 2-2.5 oz at a time but I generally eat 1-1.5 oz at a time to keep myself in check.

The other great advice that you see from many vets is WEIGH EVERYTHING that you're going to put into your mouth. This is fantastic advice, follow it.

Anyway, you sound like you're starting out right. Congrats on the beginning of a great journey!

sounds good. except if you want to you can lose 100% of your excess weight so don't settle for 75 % if you want to do better. just means you will have to be a little more diligent in your program and stay with it longer. but it can be done. make sure you get plenty of protein at all stages and count calories and journal food. a very good habit to get into .  all the best. you are gonna love your sleeve. and go for the little one if you can. diane
