Well MY work week is done and I'm thrilled!!  

LastNightDinner:  4oz Meatloaf; 4oz Roasted Vegetables
LNS:  N/A

B:  Protein Shake
S:  Coffee
L:  Chili (pray for me as I'm going to a dive place where I NORMALLY split the pastrami with chili cheese fries)
S:  ?? 
D:  South Western Chicken Salad
S:  ??

Water:  6 cups and counting (goal 10-12)
Vitamins:  Oh yeah (went back inside to get them)
Exercise:  I walk 1 mile everyday (need more but it's a start)

S: 6 oz of orange juice with liquid vitamin
B: 1 egg, 1 slice of 2% milk cheese (finished about 80%)
L: about 1.5 ounces of tuna salad and 4 wheat thins
D: 1.5-2 chicken wings, 1 cheesestick


S: don't usually snack- 0.5 oz of tuna salad, 1 reduced fat cheesestick,  or 4-5 almonds, ?

Exercise: I walked 2 miles this morning. first 1.5 was faster than usual

Water: about 24 so far.  Another 20 before I leave the office in about 5 hours and another 20 before I go to bed.

Vitamins: multi= yes; B-complex= yes; probiotic= yes; calcium+D= hmmm, not worked in yet.

My first day of work went well today.

B:  Green Smoothie

S:  Nectarine

L:  1/2 Avocado, cucumber, Sprouted Fenugreek & Lentil Sandwhich with tiny coconut

D:  Chicken, Sprouted fenugreek & lentils with sesame fire oil, Sesame oil, Sea salt
      and cracked black pepper    AND  Sugar Snap Pea Crisps Baked

Water, vitamins, herbs.  No exercising...  Trained for my new job today and now studying.
Thought I would take a break and hope on OH.
