Exercise: I walk 1 mile everyday (need more but it's a start)

L: about 1.5 ounces of tuna salad and 4 wheat thins
D: 1.5-2 chicken wings, 1 cheesestick
S: don't usually snack- 0.5 oz of tuna salad, 1 reduced fat cheesestick, or 4-5 almonds, ?
Exercise: I walked 2 miles this morning. first 1.5 was faster than usual
Water: about 24 so far. Another 20 before I leave the office in about 5 hours and another 20 before I go to bed.
Vitamins: multi= yes; B-complex= yes; probiotic= yes; calcium+D= hmmm, not worked in yet.
