Thank you! If your surgery goes like mine you have nothing to worry about. Minimal pain gone in two days and no complications. Best advice I can give is stick religiously to your plan, stay as active as you can, be sure to get in your protein, hold off on carbs, shoot for 600-800 calories per day and get in your fluids. Also follow your surgeon and NUT. Let me know how things go and if I can help further.

I followed you from the beginning because you had just had surgery and i was going to have it. In the early days you posted a lot and you were one of the few who had their loss calculated from date of surgery so i could follow it well. I remember thinking in those first few weeks that you were losing rather slowly. Well that sure changed. I cannot believe how great you've done and I've loved how committed you were all along on this journey. you are also one of the sweetest most kind hearted posters. well done. You rock.
