About 2-3oz chicken salad with light sour cream and mustard.
2oz refried beans with cheese tiny dollop of sour cream and salsa.
About to make dinner. Homemade turkey meatballs with Marinara sauce. Meatballs: ground turkey meat, cheese and eggs to bind, Italian seasoning for flavor. Sauce: can diced tomato, tomato sauce & paste. Diced onion, bell pepper, mushrooms. Sauté veg's add tomatoes heat, season and pureé with hand blender.
I'm on soft mushies right now so I'm cautious on how much I actually eat!

DINNER
180 calories/27 protein (actually a little less because I couldn't eat it all)
4 ounces ahi tuna
1/4 c polenta (ate 1/2 of it)
1/4 c peas (too full, didn't eat)
ate 6:58-7:11 pm
8:30 finished 8 ounces of water
