Hi everyone!  Welcome to Tuesday.

B: nectar protein shake
S: greek yogurt
L: 1 oz brisket, 1/2 oz meatloaf, 5 green beans, 1/4 oz turkey, side salad with vinagrette
D: chicken with light mayo
S: light string cheese

water: 1/2 done... need to get going on this
vitamins; Yes
exercise: Volleyball

VSG on 05/31/11 with
B: 1/2 of a morningstar "sausage" patty
L: 1/2 of a scrambled egg made with nonfat dry milk powder mixed in for extra protein
D: 1/2 of a morningstar grillers original veggie burger
S: protein shake of some sort

Water: 3/4 of the way there
Vitamins: still need calcium and CoQ10 then we're good
Exercise: feeling kinda nauseous, but we'll see

My day wasn't very structured but here's what I've had:

About 2-3oz chicken salad with light sour cream and mustard.

2oz refried beans with cheese tiny dollop of sour cream and salsa.

About to make dinner. Homemade turkey meatballs with Marinara sauce. Meatballs: ground turkey meat, cheese and eggs to bind, Italian seasoning for flavor. Sauce: can diced tomato, tomato sauce & paste. Diced onion, bell pepper, mushrooms. Sauté veg's add tomatoes heat, season and pureé with hand blender.

I'm on soft mushies right now so I'm cautious on how much I actually eat!

My list looks long because I started keeping my own food log so I am more aware of what I'm eating and how much protein I am truly getting.  I leave it on my screen so any water or food that enters my mouth goes on my list including my times of eating and finishing water goals.  Here is a copy of todays:

BREAKFAST

ate from 8:48-8:58.

10:42 finished 20 ounces of water

LUNCH
104 calories/10 protein
3 slices deli oven roasted turkey breast
1 teaspoon mayo
1 T of cheddar cheese
2 olives
ate from 11:20-11:30

1:20 finished 17 ounces of water
6:30 finished 20 ounces of water


DINNER
180 calories/27 protein (actually a little less because I couldn't eat it all)
4 ounces ahi tuna
1/4 c polenta (ate 1/2 of it)
1/4 c peas (too full, didn't eat)

ate 6:58-7:11 pm

8:30 finished 8 ounces of water

Total
Water:      65 ounces and working on another 16 ounces now.
