Excellent post Frisco
please keep saying it like it is. No one on this board needs fluffy warm fuzzys when it comes to how to loose the weight and keep it off. We are all at the desperation point when we turn to Surgery and making it work is more important than ruffled feathers.
Keep on telling like it is and we will all be better for it.

Oh and my 9 year old daughter refused to believe that you where the same person from the first picture to the last, she was convinced I was trying to pull one over on her! She said you look very handsome in your suit picture!
