You know you are my inspiration with the undereat your vsg thing. I think my restriction is crazy because of it. I am still a slow loser but thats ok cause it took me 40 years to gain all this fat so i have patience.

YOURE ******G AMAZING!!!
I love your honesty and humor.. the pictures of your food… Id love those more if you'd send out samples from time to time you greedy little *****!
But on a nicer note… I am amazed by your transformation and love your commitment to the the VSG. You have done this and done it well and I applaud your efforts to educate others about their surgeon choice. I have been on here long enough to see this drastic change in the last 6 months or so and the incidence of complications is on a very fast incline… Keep up the work brotha!
We all love you and want you to cook for us, take pics of us… comments on our half naked pics and just love us foreva!!!

Thanks for sharing such an emotional post. l hear you. l really do. My date is only 5 days away now, and l have been going back and reading all of my bookmarks. Guess how many times you pop up?!!

l can't wait until l can post my 2 year. Well, no. Actually l CAN wait. l'm going on a very cool journey, and l want to savor every bit of it. Because for the FIRST time in my life l absolutely know that l can do it. You know why? Because of people like you showing me the way.

congrats and good job with your maintenance!
the one thing i learned on this message board that i now think is untrue and wish i had not listened to was the 'there is no grace period' rumor. i like how you said you got your medical advice from your MD not the board. i'd also like to state that it is great you found 'the best surgeon right at home' in that your follow up would have been harder if he was in Boston! ;)
