Dizzy after workout!
My lesson I learned today is that I need to drink plenty of fluid during the day if I am going to work out in the evening. Also I need to make sure to have at least 3/4 of my calorie requirements in for the day.
Tonight I had less than 1/2 of my water/calories in for the day before I decided to work out. I did 45 minutes of cardio and after I finished stretching/cooling down, I got really dizzy and had to sit down. I drank about 20 oz of water as quickly as my tummy would let me and I started to feel better. Once I got home I made dinner and after I ate - I feel back to normal. I don't like that feeling at all and I am not planning on repeating that again!
Thanks for listening!

Good lesson! Hydration is very important, especially if you are anything like me and sweat a lot

You might also want to keep a check on your blood sugars when this happens as well. I started having the dizzy/faint feeling when I worked out that started right at 3-4 months out. I have learned a big lesson with this. I am now hypoglycemic and have to stay on top of my food all day long, especially before I work out because I "crash" very quickly. Next time try a protein snack before your work out and see if that helps. If it does, then it might be your blood sugars vs dehydration. Hopefully this is an isolated incident and it wont happen again!!
