I only take citrate. It is more easily absorbed in the body. I get Citrate petites from Wal Mart. I just bought powdered citrate made from upcal from amazon so i can mix it in a drink or yogurt. That is the only supplement I tend to miss doses on.

Citrate only. Since carbonate is the cheapest and least absorbed calcium form out there, my PCM won't even recommend carbonate to his normies. Carbonate needs an acidic environment to be absorbed, and with most of us on some form of acid reducer, we aren't going to get enough.
