Update n NSV!!!

 

 

 

I am down to 235 lbs today from 248 lbs from like 3 wks ago. at other pre -op

NSV-First one in a while!!!  This morning I put on a t-shirt that was x-large n it fit.  My 3-xs are starting to get to big on me.

Awesome!

It feels so good for the clothes to start to feel different.  I bet getting down to smaller sizes is even better!

Hooray!  time to start getting those 3x's out of your life- I keep a trash bag in the closet to toss too big items as I come across them.   Got to make room for the smaller clothes you have in storage.  Congrats!

Not a silly question - means non scale victory. You'll be seeing lots of examples the longer you read the posts.

 Thank You Pat for answering it seems that I have posted many posts but rarely get an answer to any of them :( I have asked questions on the ticker updates, things to expect after the surgery which I will be having on the 11th and still yet to have someone answer me.  So I thank you for answering my question it is greatly appreciated.

Way to go! It is a wonderful feeling to have your clothes not fit because you're thinner vs. fatter!
