Welcome to my new world LOL. I'm so glad its on the inside
That's loose skin and there's really nothing we can do to fix it. I use lotion, loofahs and even a skin toning kit, so far, nada. Oh and biotin which is often used here for hair, is also good for skin.
I am praying that with time some of it goes away. Otherwise I'm looking at not only a tummy tuck, but an inner thigh tuck....
Sometimes it's a little sad to see the damage we did
FWIW, I used to ride horses bareback. This is the number one inner thigh strengthener. Problem is, the muscle on your inner thigh is about 2 inches wide, not much to bulk up.
So really if you want to bulk and fill some of the space, focus on the upper and back muscles of your thigh. They have the most "size" building potential.

When I was at goal, my inner thighs looked like an elephant's butt!!!
But at 58 years old and not married, no one is looking at my nekkid legs anyway! 'Course, then I regained 25+ pounds and they filled back out. Let me tell you, it isn't worth it. I'd much rather have elephant butt thighs!
When I was at goal, I asked my plastic surgeon about an inner thigh lift, and he didn't recommend it ... although I know plenty of surgeons do it and do it beautifully. He said it is a tough place to heal -- right in folds of skin, moist, etc etc. And maybe my age had something to do with it. If I were young, I'd probably have looked to see if another surgeon would tackle it. Now, honestly, I don't care.
But the other poster is right; saggy skin doesn't go away. *sigh*

Highest weight: 292 Pre-op weight: 265 Goal met: 150 Six years out: 185 and trying to lose again!
Congrats...on your weightloss...
To help my thighs my trainer has me doing sumo squats with a 20lb weighted bar, regular squats with dumbbells, walking lunges with dumbbells and lots of walking... My legs are still thick (genetics..ha ha ha) but I have lost a lot in inches and I would have to say look great.
Keep up the good work.

I have very thick thighs and I worry what they are going to look like when I finally make goal. I was told that spinning can really help with toning your legs (and lungs haha)... I've noticed that my fat is much more jiggly and doesn't have that "full" look and I am only down 40 lbs...
