That is so great!  You have inspired me since having surgery that I need to take time preparing meals because they taste so much better than drive thru!  I think it's all the love that goes into making it ;0)

We visit San Fran all the time and absolutely love it (we're up in Chico).

I agree that you should make a cookbook. Your pictures and recipes are out of this world!

P.S. I'm very glad you also eat on paper plates sometimes too!

My interest in clean eating came after surgery as well.  My roommate made an observation that before surgery, you couldnt get me into the kitchen making meals from scratch.  We ate a lot of processed convinience foods.  Lots of fried foods too.  Now after surgery i have to make sure I am adamant about keeping lots of meats and veggies in the house so I can have a variety of things on hand.  I do a lot of food prep and freezing on the weekends.  The only downside is that sometimes I spend so  much time preparing a meal and when its time to eat, I can only get in a little before I'm full.  An hour of prep and then five minutes (sometimes less) till I'm full.  Ironic....

Sounds delish but I haven't the foggiest idea what 'old bay" is?  I'm Canadian does that explain it?

Old Bay is a seasoning that is in most Crab Cake recipes. Probably just google it for the breakdown on what's in it.

I think it is an American thing......

Frisco, this looks great and right up my alley. I can't wait to try it! Were your shrimp raw or the pre-cooked ones before you chopped them in the food processor?
