The First 24hrs of the "2 Day Stall Buster"

Morning Peoplez,
    Today starts day #2 of my "2 Day Stall Buster". I  wasn't going to get on the scale but I had to know was all this in vain. Well after the first 24hrs I can say so far so good I was @ 360lbs when I started, this morning I'm at 356lbs. I'll be posting my final results in the next 24hrs.

 How much have you lost since your sleeve journey? 

Take a look at his page...it's pretty inspirational. His highest was 609lbs. He lost 80 preop and 147 post op as of September, so I'm sure he is down more.

Wow 4lbs in a day thats awesome I think I need to do this. I'm having a hard time kicking my nut habbit.
