That is so correct !!!!
I to usually do Bibb Lettuce.....
I hesitated to post this tortilla....cause it is real.....but at 6.3 carbs it works good for me in maintenance....I can even have two......But not recommended for anyone close to there carb limits.
I really shouldn't have post such a carb..... but than....lets get real.......I'm not putting it in your mouth !!!
Proceed with Caution !!!

I know what you mean....and I do 'treat' myself to tortillas every once in a while, though more so as I am approaching my maintenance phase....I'm actually very satisifed with my weight where it is(I only wanted to be healthy....not skinny and I'm borderline skinny now) and have for the last month and a half, or 10 pounds, been trying to slow my weight loss down by reintroducing carbs on a small scale....no more than 50 per day now....though honestly, by eating the foods I have grown to love and 'desire', i find it hard to even get 50 carbs....so I haven't been able to stop the weight loss....down to 229 from 240 when I started trying to see if I could slow it more than my planned weight loss....I graphed a curve that I planned to stick to and I'm ahead of the curve
It is weird how when I wish I could make a stall, I can't....
But, back to the point, even though many of us don't comment on your food posts, I feel safe in speaking for many when I say, keep it up. We love to see inspiration from someone who has succesfully turned their life and health around through the same weight loss surgery that we all had or want to have. In fact, many of your posts both pre and post op let me know that I can grow into having a healthy relationship with food. I am learning that healthy, food and pleasure belong together. Your food posts always seem to express that.
