You are all so wise.  Just want you to know that as I read each and every one of your posts I am trying to absorb it.  Thank you all

I've never been much of a fan of "breakfast" type foods---except eggs.

But do a search on the eggface website---she has all types of muffins, pancakes, etc. plus syrup, I think.

Personally.....

I didn't even think of those items till maintenance.....carb or low carb.....

But don't even think I was perfect....I had bites of other carby things during WL....

Make best use of your first 6 months and first year.....

Many regret wasting the "Honeymoon Period"

I didnt eat any in the losing stage (1-7 months) but now I have eggo waffles a couple times a month. I still get the blueberry ones, I don't buy "diet" ones. I can eat 2 full eggos at 15 months out. I am also still weighing in at 153 down from 277. Been under 160 since April 2011.

That sounds liek the best answer I have heard yet.  I know I can eat a couple every once in a while.  Thanks

If I make them for my family I will have one, but I always try and eat a bit of protein first (like an egg or some Taylor ham) so that my capacity is shrunk and then I am satisfied with just a bite or two of the carby stuff.
