Frisco-Roast Pork !
Well, I did it....my first Roast Pork Ever.........
A HUGE 1.7lbs. hunk of Pork !!!! (that was a single serving pre-op.....Personal Pork Roast !)
Came out Great! Just the slightest of pink in the center.....
Topped with a 3 Olive Tapanade and Served with a Broccoli Stalk Salad......
Meat: 2.1oz.

I hear ya on the servings. I get for dinners now what would have been appetizers before - and take home leftovers!
This, as always, looks delicious.
Highest weight: 335 lbs, BMI 50.9
Pre-op weight: 319 lbs, BMI 48.5
Current range: 140-144, BMI 21.3 - 22

Pretty close.....
I cheated a bit..... took some Trader Joes Tomato Basil Soup......and pureed in some Roasted Red Bell Pepper....added a bit more salt, pepper and Garlic Powder....
