Thanks so much for posting about them, they really are awesome! Taste great and are perfect for a quick lunch. Today I made one, draped it over a cup before it cooled, then filled that puppy up with shredded chicken, Greek yogurt and a dash of hot sauce!  Ended up being like 125 cals, 4 carbs and 17 grams of protein!

hey i tried them last week .... i was going to give it to my son for a snack.  i used cabot 50% reduced fat cheese - put it on a small paperplate and nuked it for 30 seconds.  it wouldn't come off the plate :-( .... should i have used a little spray/olive oil on the plate first?  or did i overcook it?  or didn't i use enough cheese?

i'm usually a great cook!  lol

You have to use a shiny plate, one of the more heavy duty ones or just a regular microwave safe plate (I used my little Correl cake plate).

Honestly I have been dying to try these! I'm only 5 days out of surgery though, so that's not going to happen for a few weeks, but when it does I'm going to be so glad! I so want to make a little taco salad-type thing with these! I think that would be delish.

Thanks again for the idea, Frisco! Every time you post a photo of food it looks delightful, even if it isn't something I'd normally go for!
